Describe what you took, what for, and what happened. Accounts of no effect and accounts of harm are wanted just as much as recoveries — they are the ones that almost never get posted anywhere. Submissions are reviewed before they appear.
Two things that will be removed
- Doses, quantities, schedules, sourcing, or preparation instructions.
- Names, contact details, or anything identifying another person.
